In this episode, Sam and Bridget recall their favorite memories from the 2008 Olympics, including visiting the Great Wall of China and an awkward photo shoot with navy blue cargo pants. As the youngest member of the 2008 Olympic team, Bridget had a different journey when she arrived back from Beijing. She continued her distinguished gymnastics career at the University of Florida where she contributed to three consecutive national titles. Sam and Bridget also touch on the recent scandals that have sent shockwaves through the sport of gymnastics and how it impacted Bridget on a personal level. Finally, Sam and Bridget share a few things they are thankful for this year and give advice to aspiring gymnasts everywhere.
